Dear Grade Three Parents,

Today we continued working on our Skills Check for Ozobot. Ask me a problem that I had and what I did to try to solve the problem.

We practiced reading our limericks with a rhythm.  Some people performed theirs in front of the WHOLE class.  Ask how practicing my limericks went.

For social studies, we looked at the Peru pictures and decided if they were showing urban or rural and what topics it showed (geography, government, goods and services, transportation, traditions & customs, food or family/home life)

Reminders:

• Conferences are this evening and tomorrow
• Have a wonderful spring break
• First day back at school is Tuesday, April 2 
• Healthy Hunger snack: Booster Juice will be Thursday, April 4
• Large ziploc bags were given to students to keep library books safe in their backpacks.  Many are being returned to the learning commons damaged.  This bag should 'live' in your child's backpack along with their green communication folder regardless of whether there are things in it.
• Please make sure your child has a change of clothes in case they slip, get wet or dirty.
• Students are reminded to have labeled headphones in their backpack so they have access to them when using iPads or laptops.
