Dear Grade Three Parents,

Today was Pink Shirt Day!  The school was a sea of PINK!

It was a busy morning for music club who had a rehearsal and two assemblies to perform at.  The others got to join some grade 5s to do some buddy activities.

Ask me how my morning went.

At the assembly, the grade 5 leadership presented 5Ds for handling bullying.  See if I remember any of them.

For wellness, we talked about a couple of If/Then scenarios.  Ask me how I would answer the following sentence starters:

IF a friend wants to play a game but you want to play a different game THEN...

IF you bump into someone and they think you did it on purpose and push you back THEN...

Reminders:

• Many students have overdue library books signed out.  Their library books should stay in their backpack to read at school or at home and can easily be returned when needed.
• Thursday, March 7 is Healthy Hunger Cobs treat-deadline to order is Saturday, Mar. 2
• Deadline to order a school T-shirt or hoodie is tomorrow, Thursday, February 29.  You might consider ordering next year's grade colour now.
