See if I am able to represent my thinking by writing different subtraction facts under 20 and showing two-digit addition by drawing base ten blocks or pulling numbers apart into their expanded form.

We continue to work on our basketball skills.

Now that we are done researching about India, we tried to explain our understanding using the conjunctions because, but and so.  Ask me which sentence starters I finished.
 

By looking at this image, we decided which forces were being shown: applied, elastic, tension or friction, which direction that force was going and how strongly the force was moving. When a force is applied, it can start the motion of another object.

Reminders:

• Signed field trip forms are due by Friday, January 26th. Our field trip day is Tuesday, January 30. The field trip fee is on your MyCBE account for payment and MUST be paid online.  
• There are many items being sent to the lost and found by the gym.  It is recommended that you label your child's belongings so they can easily be returned when lost.
• Report cards will be available for parents to view online on Jan. 30.
